Micro/Macro

I came across three rectangles of grass in front of the Marcus Center. Though they were clearly meant for nothing more than decoration for the buildings walkways, the grass was so plush and inviting that I had to take a seat. It was so nice and soft that I imagined it would be a great patch of grass for a picnic, though its location might be a little unorthodox.

So one day I did eat my lunch on that grass. It was not your typical picnic. Instead of birds, bugs, and squirrels, I watched business men, cars, and a spinning advertisement. (This month Dracula and Seussical the Musical are coming). But that grass, I swear, made my lunch taste better.

Maybe the grass belongs in a real park, where more people can enjoy sitting on it. Or maybe that vibrant, fluffy grass likes it over there, because the people who do notice it really appreciate it and that's just better.
